 * Sorry to hear about this, however, I couldn’t find any previous report and can’t
   replicate it on my installation.
 * Could you provide us with the form export so we can give it a go on our end?
   
   You can go to Forminator > Forms panel, click on Gear icon and export the form
   from there. Upload the export file to any file sharing service like GDrive or
   DropBox and share the download link here so we can check it out.

 * When I imported the form on my end, I was not able to replicate the same on my
   end. Could you please navigate to your site wp-admin Dashboard-> Forminator->
   Forms-> Edit form-> Behaviour-> Turn on Load form using AJAX and also turn on
   Prevent page caching on form pages and then check if it works.
 * If that does not work, can you clear the site cache or turn of the caching on
   your site and check if that works for you? If that does not help too, could you
   please make a fresh lab site on your machine or on your server and check if the
   same is replicated? If not, that looks like a plugin conflict. Cloud you take
   a full backup of your live site and then perform a plugin conflict test to check
   if that brings out something to you? Here is how you can do it:

 * Hello, was searching for answers to a problem and ran across this message thread.
   It’s exactly what we’re running into, and the strange thing is testing it using
   Chrome that we are logged into our WordPress site with, it works perfectly. But
   Chrome in Incognito, or any other browser, the form gets hung up upon submission,
   spinning wheel and no email notification. Tried the Ajax and prevent cacheing,
   no help. Only common denominator is it works when using the same logged in browser
   we use for WordPress, nothing else.

 * Thanks Jorge for the quick reply. Looks like we did figure it out over the weekend;
   for whatever reason the honeypot was holding up submissions. We’ll just go as-
   is without the honeypot for now, maybe look at this down the road to fix that
   part.
