 * Hey guys,
    We are having problems with the plugin.
 * when trying to load the page with a form we get this error:
    `Console: Uncaught
   TypeError: document.querySelector(...) is null`
 * Digging deeper the error comes from line 3 of this file:
    `\pdf-forms-for-contact-
   form-7\js\frontend.js`
 * Any help would be appreciated.
