Undefined array key “_companyName”

Hi, I am using the latest version of plugin and getting the following warning in the log:

PHP Warning: Undefined array key "_companyName" in /public_html/wp-content/plugins/affiliates-manager/source/Pages/AffiliatesRegister.php on line 82

This is happening since the Company name input field has been disabled in the settings. Would be great if you could fix this with some conditional that would check if the field is enabled and only then try to add it to array.
