    Thanks for reaching out.  If you can share any further details of
   the issue, that will definitely help us to identify a solution.  Also, in order
   to be able to further investigate the issue you’re experiencing, may I ask you
   to please share a system report from the plugin as explained in this [help centre article](https://support.cloudinary.com/hc/en-us/articles/360022260599-How-to-generate-a-system-report-on-the-WordPress-plugin-)?
   The system report will contain details of how the plugin is configured and details
   of your WordPress environment. If you can also add some specific assets to the
   system report (see the 2nd video in the article for an example) that would also
   be helpful.  With this info, we will take a deeper look into it on our end, trying
   to reproduce the issue to better understand the root cause of it.  Would you 
   also be willing to provide us with temporary access to a sandbox environment 
   of your site, where we can take a look and debug directly if we can’t identify
