# Undefined array key “post_type”

 * Good evening!
 * As you can see, I’m working in a development environment as I explore block themes.
   I’ve installed “Ollie” and “Twenty Twenty-Three” (both are block themes), and
   the error message appears in both.
 * After the most recent update (to Version 7.5.6), when I select to add a new post,
   I see the following error message (briefly):
 * Warning: Undefined array key “post_type” in D:\Local Sites\development\app\public\
   wp-content\plugins\link-library-admin.php on line 480
 * Then the blank template for a new post appears. There doesn’t appear to be anything
   wrong, and the post is successfully saved.
 * On my production site, there doesn’t appear to be a problem (currently using 
   the “Blocksy” theme.

 * Hi there Ronald. I don’t think that the warnings are related to the latest version
   of Link Library, as the code in question has been there for a very long time 
   and the changes made in the latest version were nowhere near this code.
 * It sounds more to me like you might have recently activated the WP_DEBUG functions
   of WordPress to debug something and are now seeing these PHP warning messages
   pop-up in the admin section of your site.
 * That being said, it is a valid issue and I have corrected it in version 7.5.7.
   Please update and confirm that the messages go away. Also please consider donating
   to support this plugin’s development.

 * Thanks for the reply.
 * I did turn on debug mode when I started to see the message since it didn’t stay
   visible for long. Once I reported it, I turned off debug and still had the error
   message come up.
 * I just updated to version 7.5.7 and the error message has gone away. I’ve used
   this plugin on several sites because it works so well (and have donated because
   of that). Thank you for the quick fix!
