# Undefined elements – upload

 * Hi, recently we’ve got a few complaints about users not being able to fill out
   our forms. We’ve added Sentry and Clarity since and it looks like a user had 
   a problem with uploading a file. After clicking the upload button nothing was
   happening.
   In Sentry we’ve gotten `_ is not defined from /wp-includes/js/wp-util.
   min.js[](https://www.fingoweb.com/wp-includes/js/wp-util.min.js) at line 2:110`
   and `window.Dropzone is not a constructor from /wp-content/plugins/wpforms/assets/
   pro/js/wpforms-file-upload.es5.min.js[](https://www.fingoweb.com/wp-content/plugins/wpforms/assets/pro/js/wpforms-file-upload.es5.min.js)
   in o at line 1:6097`. Both basically at the same timeThe problem in not specific
   for any device/browser and it happens very rarely (we were not able to replicate
   it). I’m looking for some clues why that might happenThanks
