# Undefined Error

 * Hello,
 * The language switcher is showing [“undefined” error ](https://prnt.sc/n97qJS24rf05)
   and is showing on the bottom left of the page instead of the top right. We use
   the plugin on two websites:
 * [Website 1](https://www.cityorthopeds.com/) ([GTranslate settings](https://prnt.sc/yu0E_GLQvxes))
 * [Website 2](https://www.pediatricdentistryon160.com/) ([GTranslate settings](https://prnt.sc/RpTAO-kJpo9Z))
 * Is this a known issue, and is there anything we can do to resolve this on our
   end? Please advise.

 * It is caused by your cache plugin. Make sure to disable it to verify. After that
   make sure to configure your cache plugin to not “optimize” GTranslate javascript
   codes.
