# 'undefined' Error When Mobile Users Submit Form

 * Hi there,
 * When people submit a CCF Form from a mobile phone the form does not come through
   at all and the user gets a plain, white page with ‘undefined’ in the top left
   corner. Is there a quick fix for this?
 * One of the forms this issue is happening with is here:

 * I’ve searched through the existing questions and have not found any solution 
   yet. Please help.
