   public_html/wp-content/plugins/really-simple-captcha/really-simple-captcha.php
   on line 111
 * The error also prevents editing the form.
 * I removed the error from the contact page by deactivating really simple
    captcha
   and then editing the contact form. I can edit the contact form but can not add
   a captcha field.
 * The message is on this page…

 * I deactivated all plugins except Gravity Forms and Really Simple Captcha…

   error persisted.
