 * Hi,
 * I’ve started to see this error in my php logs:
 * > PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_plugins() in /home/[…]/wp-content/
   > plugins/jetpack/class.jetpack.php on line 1711
 * And for some unknown reason, I have a 3.8.1-beta version installed.
 * Is there a way to forbid the auto-update function to install beta versions?
 * Thanks,
    Stephan

 * Thanks for the report!
 * We’ll get this fixed, and I’ll post again here when it’s done.

 * You can deactivate auto-updates here:
    [https://wordpress.com/plugins/jetpack](https://wordpress.com/plugins/jetpack)
 * Auto-updates don’t normally install beta versions, but [we messed things up](https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/log/jetpack/)
   when we released Jetpack 3.8.1 Beta a few days ago, and we briefly marked 3.8.1-
   beta as a stable version. That’s why it was auto-updated on your site. It won’t
   happen again.

 * Thanks, I’m glad you found the problem.
