    Gravity Forms Constant Contact Add-On Version
   Version 2.2.2
 * Seems to be working fine, but when I submit my form I get the following two errors
   on the confirmation:
 * Notice: Undefined offset: 1 in /var/srv/web16/corp/wp-content/plugins/gravity-
   forms-constant-contact/api/cc_class.php on line 273
 * Notice: Undefined offset: 1 in /var/srv/web16/corp/wp-content/plugins/gravity-
   forms-constant-contact/api/cc_class.php on line 277
