 * Firstly, WP should make this part of Core, I install this plugin on every site
   we setup for clients because of its awesomeness, great work on this!
 * I am getting the following notice when debug is set to true:
 * `Notice: Undefined variable: c in /home/website/www/www/wp-content/plugins/wp-
   nested-pages/app/Entities/AdminMenu/AdminSubmenu.php on line 60`
 * No biggie, but thought I’d mention it. Keep up the great work!
