Under Construction Plugin Not Working

I am creating a new website and want to put the active website ‘under construction’. I installed and activated the Under Construction Plugin and entered in all the correct details – but it will not show up when i go to visit the website – http://www.adramyanmar.org

I’ve tried logging out and visiting the website, logging back in changing a few details logging back out and checking the website – nothing has changed….I need help!
