• I am experiencing an issue with the Revolut plugin for WooCommerce.

    More orders are showing the following notice lately after recent updates and stay in the “Pending Payment” state:
    Unexpected payment status – ’’. If the order is not moved to the “Processing” state after 24h, please check your Revolut account to verify that this payment was taken. You might need to contact your customer if it wasn’t.

    The system message suggests verifying whether the payment was actually captured in Revolut and contacting the customer if it was not. However, I would like to better understand why the plugin is not correctly updating the order status in WooCommerce.

    Could you please help identifying the cause of this issue and advise on how to ensure that successful payments are properly reflected and orders are automatically updated to “Processing”?

    Please reach out to our in App Help section and ask for your case to be escalated. To further debug this we would need you to share information that should not be shared on a public forum

    Follow these steps to reach out to our help section:

    – Open the Revolut Business App
    – Click on your account name on the top left of your screen.
    – Open “Help” section.
    – Scroll down until you see “Chat” option.
    – Click on “Start new chat” (chat bubble icon)
