# Unexpected Server Error

 * I’m running this plugin on two different sites. The first one works great. The
   second is generating an error.
 * On the first site I’m using a version of the Fable theme. On the second I’m using
   the Academy theme. The error displayed is:
 * Unexpected server response (0) while retrieving PDF “[http://www.larkacademic.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/06/Placeholder.pdf&#8221](http://www.larkacademic.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/06/Placeholder.pdf&#8221);.
 * NOTE this site is actually installed in a subdomain of “[http://academy.larkacademic.com/…&#8221](http://academy.larkacademic.com/…&#8221);
   not in the root as the error shows…
