# unexpected T_STRING error

 * I just downloaded the latest version of WP and changed the config file, uploaded
   it and am getting this error when I try to access the install:
 * Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING, expecting T_OLD_FUNCTION or T_FUNCTION
   or T_VAR or ‘}’ in /homepages/30/d327720455/htdocs/wordpress-BRC-new/wp-includes/
   locale.php on line 21
 * Any idea what would be causing this?

 * While PHP 5.5 is available and probably correct, just as a precautionary measure,
   check your hosts control panel and make sure you’re actually processing PHP files
   using a 5.x version and not defaulting to a 4.x version of PHP.

 * I did check. It’s 5.5.

 * My bad. It was not set to 5.5 for the subdomain I am using. Thanks for your help.
