Uninstall problems

Hello, i decided to deactivate and delete this plugin. I unchecked all “enable” buttons, deactivated and deleted it from wordpress. Unfortunately it left me with a bunch of files and folders in wp-content that i have no permission to delete via filezilla. How can i get rid of them?
