unique plugin – wrong approach

This plugin resolves basic problem of any “test” which is sum of specific group of questions. It is quite simple with basic settings/options and it works.

– very quick support answer time BUT usually dead ended: no time / somewhere in the code / your fault / paid option or simply ignored.

– Support section has dozens of pages full of …. “potential upgrades” not “its your issue”. I went through most of the user questions and hardly ever seen real solution to the problem.

– From my point of view lack of “more advanced” options is not the real problem here. Its the SEO – I don’t think it has been ever considered during built.

Im bit disappointed because I got excited about this plugin and I believe it is worth development. I tried to get engaged into growth (FOR FREE – i know crazy!) and brain storm possible solutions but got ignored.

Overall – install it – use it because it works – …..and probably wait until other plugins arise and simply switch
