unit change, problem, footer text

Hi,
I’ve bought pro plugin. I love it and would like to fix 3 things:
1. I need to change in php file “UNIT” name (units in products rows, not in the title).
2. In product line there’s issue with <span>. I am selling product with variants, for example BLACK SWEATSHIRT in a few sizes like M, L, XL. And instead of showing name on invoice like “BLACK SWEATSHIRT – M” it shows “BLACK SWEATSHIRT<span> – </span>M”. How I can fix it ?
3. I would like to set a free text in footer, but at the bottom where’s numbering pages not in footer where are notes and order number.
