I tried downgrading to 2.4 and upgrading back to latest version – no luck. * 3. Tried saving permalinks – no luck. 4. If that is what you meant in your original message then it’s definitely not the thing to do. * If you have read about version 2.4 somewhere else then it refers to changing the Redirection database to version 2.4, which you can do from the ‘support’ page. Please use the latest version of the plugin and change the database version to 2.4 from the support page, then follow the instructions.
