# Unknown error in Chrome

 * Hi,
 * With the current pandemic I decided to create a virtual tour for my school.
    
   I created a new tour and when I tried to publish it, it says Unknown error. Check
   Developer Console.
 * My site is up to date and I used the Gutenberg block editor to insert the block
   into my page.
 * EDIT: I tested it and Iphone and Microsoft Edge works but everyone who tries 
   to open it in Chrome gets the same error.

 * Hi, it is a possibility that there is a plugin conflict that is causing this 
   issue.
 * What we suggest you do, is conduct unit testing.
 * At first, deactivate all plugins except WPVR and test if the tour works on chrome.
 * If it does, next start activating other plugins one by one and seeing when the
   tour doesn’t load.
 * Once you identify it, let us know which plugin caused the conflict. We can then
   give further instructions.
