 * I tried going through the form on your website; however, I can’t get past the
   email address step in your form.
 * Checking out your URL, though, you might be running into an edge-case issue with
   our GiveWP plugin. What is happening is that installations on subfolders are 
   not working. It needs to be on a subdomain OR on the main domain, but not subfolders.
 * I’ve escalated this to our development team so they can work on a fix. You can
