# Unknown error issue

 * I heve an “unknown error” when i use my mailpoet administration page on back 
   office.
    My old newsletters have disappeard and i can’t save the new one. I am
   free user and use the 3.13.0 with WP 4.9.8 fr Thanks for help and you’re great
   job on your plugin.

 * Im experiencing the same issue. Looking at the database the newsletters still
   are there. Looks like an ajax problem.
 * Using the chrome inspector i found this message:
 * Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 400 (Bad Request)/
   wp-admin/admin-ajax.php:1
 * All other plugins, including mailpoet v2 are working ok.

 * I’m also having this same issue. This often occurs with MailPoet updates and 
   clearing the browser cache fixes the problem. But this time I have cleared all
   caches and tried different browsers with no result.

 * Today it’s working!
 * I do not updated the plugin at all. I do not know what it was. Yesterday i restored
   several backups from a date when it was working and do not fix the problem.

 * The same for me. Curiously today all is working perfectly.
    No action from me
   but it’s allright now.
