    Hello, please help, I’m getting desperate πŸ™

    When importing my CSV file of about 4600 products I keep getting the “Unknown error occured …” error.

    I can’t find any relevant error message in neither the plugin logs, woocommerce logs, server error.log etc

    I have 512 MB RAM and long max_execution time.

    Is it possible to send somebody my CSV so that you can check if you see any problems with it?

    Hi @linxy78,

    Can you please try reducing the import batch count value in the plugin settings to a lower number and try again? If the issue persists please share your CSV file via support.
