# “Unknown Error” Packlink Plugin

 * Hi,
    I’ve been trying to install and configure the Packlink Pro plugin on our
   WooCommerce platform. No matter which way I install the plugin, each time I click
   on the installed plugin to configure the API settings, I simply get a blank page
   then eventually a “unknown error occured” message.
 * Has anyone got any way to fix/get around this?

 * Is your module in mantenance mode?
 * If it the case please turn off the mantenance mode.
 * Check also if you setup properly the default adress and default parcel in centimeters
   and kg.
