Unknown Error while saving settings after free subscription for trial

Hi,
i had subscribed to your services and uploads a bunch of 3D models in .glb format. i can confirm that the folder is accessible publicly.
However when i created the userID from your portal and tried to save it on the wordpress plugin, it is giving me “unknown error”.

when i try to generate a shortcode based on the path to the model, it does not generate the QR code.
What am i doing incorrectly here? Any suggestions?
