    Hi @blacklord049

Sorry to hear you are having this problem.

I checked the link on my website and had no problem:
    https://monosnap.com/file/iKbPK7qqz2M7JcFYRdO6ov0IoU5O2D

Can you please contact your hosting provider and check the OpenSSL and cURL are updated and working?

    Best Regards

So I asked Online.net and they weren’t able to give me a correct answer, not even close. Sorry but I don’t have much more info for you 🙁

    Hi @blacklord049

    Sorry to hear this,

Unfortunately, this issue seems to be related to hosting side issue.

You can try to upgrade your PHP version to the latest versions 7.3 or 7.4 just to check if it makes any difference and in case you are not using those versions.

But since you can confirm that link is working, you don’t need to worry about the warning and ignore it.

Online.net provides PHP 7.3.16 for their hosting plans and they seem to have delayed the release of 7.4 on their servers. It should have been operation in May but they don’t seem to boterh much.

    Hello @blacklord049

I understand and I’m sorry to hear that.

I’m afraid that we can’t do much about hosting configuration, though. If they can’t provide up-to-date PHP version perhaps they’d be at least willing to double-check OpenSSL configuration to make sure it’s all valid and up to date? This seems to be crucial as it’s error that confirms there’s connection issue related to server.

If they can’t help with it, then just ignoring the issue might be the only reasonable “workaround” (apart from possibly moving to a different host).

    Best regards,
    Adam
