# Unknown Errors – Many Features Not Working

 * Hi there!
 * I would really like to use your plugin on my website, however I am receiving 
   many errors when testing.

 * I get errors when I:
    – Click on the magnifying glass icon – Hover over the paper
   icon (the title text should not be showing code) – Click on the paper icon – 
   Click download
 * Please advise on whether or not these can be fixed. If I need to add any code
   or reconfigure some files on my server, I can do that as well.

 * Actually, for some reason the plugin just randomly gave me a MySQL error and 
   caused my entire site to stop loading (even after having it installed and working
   fine for hours), so I unfortunately cannot use it and will have to search for
   a premium plugin.
 * Good work with it though, wish I could have used it!

 * I’m not positive which version it was. I searched for it using the Plugins tab
   in WordPress and just installed whatever version came up.

 * The reason I ask is that I release a new version on Friday that was addressing
   some of your problem.
