# Unknown modifier ‘P’

    We get our site stuck on load for maybe 20-30 sec. This is what we have 
   from our debug.log at that time: [14-Feb-2020 07:19:15 UTC] PHP Warning: preg_match():

 * Thanks for your error report and for the link
 * I took a look at your site and noticed that you have an issue with one or more
   of your keywords which contain special characters like **“/”**
 * I think the keyword that made this error take place is “State / Province”
 * In fact, it’s a bug which will be fixed in the upcoming versions
 * If you would like to test the newest version of Tooltipy but which still under
   construction, you can take a look to my GitHub repo : [https://github.com/lebleut/Tooltipy-OOP](https://github.com/lebleut/Tooltipy-OOP)
 * You can replace the old one by this one and test if it works better for you
 * > Note: Don’t worry about your keywords they will not be deleted

    I tested
   it but it’s not even accepting special characters sorry, I hope it will be fixed
