# Unknown variable name – GA4

    when I set up GA4 according to this guide [https://gtm4wp.com/how-to-articles/how-to-setup-enhanced-ecommerce-tracking-google-analytics-4-ga4-version](https://gtm4wp.com/how-to-articles/how-to-setup-enhanced-ecommerce-tracking-google-analytics-4-ga4-version)
   I get the following error message in Google tag manager: “The unknown variable“
   Event” was found in a tag. Edit the tag and remove the reference to this variable.”“
   Position: GA4 – Event – Ecommerce events”
