 * Just a heads up that I got an email alert warning me that my site had an unknown
   WordPress version. It’s obviously a mistake, since 4.9.3 was released already
   and is even in the list of WordPress versions for this post. Just thought you
   folks should know about it.

 * I forgot to mention that Wordfence on the site itself is also reporting this
   as a warning from a scan it did on February 5, 2018 5:28 pm EST.

 * When WordPress updates, sometimes Wordfence is slightly behind. Isn’t that all
   that’s happening in your situation? MTN

 * Hi Mountainguy2,
 * I hope that’s all it is, but I’ve never known it to be behind like that before.
   Given the recent changes in Wordfence, I wondered if it might need some tweaking
   for something like this.

 * Hi [@evolvingdoor](https://wordpress.org/support/users/evolvingdoor/),
 * Indeed, as [@mountainguy2](https://wordpress.org/support/users/mountainguy2/)
   pointed out, this can happen for a short time after a new WordPress version is
   released, until we have a copy of the new version indexed on the Wordfence scan
   servers.

 * Okay, well I just thought I’d give you folks a heads up, in case it was an issue.
   Thx for the clarification.
