[UNPROCESSABLE_ENTITY]

I’m using tis plugin in sandbox, and when I try to pay I get this error:
[UNPROCESSABLE_ENTITY] The Requested Action Could Not Be Performed, Semantically Incorrect, Or Failed Business Validation. https://Developer.Paypal.Com/Docs/Api/Orders/V2/#Error-MISSING_SHIPPING_ADDRESS

However, all shipping details are filled in(tested with postal code input or not will get the same result.

I already used the wizard to connect the sandbox account with no error. And I’m paying in HK Dollar and shipping count = HK

Any idea?
