* Hi, the email I received from CF7 on my website is a mess.
It seems the server
didn’t read the form info properly, But I don’t know how to correct it. Anyone
can help me with this? Thanks in advance.

for your attention. The email I received is like below, filled with unreadable
codes.

* seems an issue with the encoding (so something like server or wordpress configuration),%
0A is URL-encoding of a newline.
* Also minification and caching plugins could give you these problems, try to disable
them (temporarily)
* in addition you can try with [“use html” option](https://contactform7.com/setting-up-mail/#message-body)

I tried to disable
the caching plugins and use the html option, didn’t work for me. Maybe it’s something
else go wrong, thanks anyway.
