Unresponsive support even for Pro Developer Package

I have seen a few other messages on this forum about unanswered questions but my company recently purchased the Developer bundle for the Pro version of this plugin and have received no responses on any of our tickets. Little to no troubleshooting help on https://wp-oauth.com
