thanks for your question, and sorry for the trouble.
This sounds as if another plugin is interfering by adding JavaScript code to the TablePress admin screens. Can you therefore please try again after temporarily deactivating all other plugins and after switchting to a WordPress default theme like Twenty Sixteen? That way, we can find what’s causing this.
Another possibility could be that the TablePress JS files are missing or corrupted. As a first step, you could therefore also try to re-install TablePress from a fresh download.

I’ve done everything but change the theme (because I don’t want to mess everything up on our website, because we do get quite a bit of traffic during the day) It still isn’t fixed. Any other suggestions?

do you get any JavaScript errors in the JS error log console in the browser when going to the “Edit” screen where this happens?

All of a sudden I turn on the error log and everything starts working again… Thanks for your help though!
