 * My site was flagged for Unsafe Website Domain, which was a false flag – it was
resolved quickly on search console but now my merchant account cannot get out
of this endless loop of getting cleared of this unsafe domain and getting suspended
   again.
 * I reached out to google merchant support and they said:
 * > As it turns out, your Merchant Center account is linked to a 3P Storebuilder
   > as your Product Management provider.
   > Due to the nature of the integration between the service provider and Google
   > Merchant Center, all changes leading to a resolution should be executed via
   > the Product Management platform, therefore Google is limited in providing support.
   > Our agents do not have visibility on how to guide you through this process
   > in order to provide resolution and thus, we recommend that you reach out directly
   > to your 3P storebuilder.
 * I’ve already tried to uninstall the plugin, reconnect to merchant account, my
last solution is to uninstall the plugin and try via a spreadsheet

 * Hi [@poonasor](https://wordpress.org/support/users/poonasor/),
 * Sorry to hear about the issues. The domain suspension might not be related to
the plugin per se. To clarify, the plugin syncs your products and your store
information. The sycned data is what you have provided in your products and WooCommerce/
plugin settings. So the suspension might not be directly related to the plugin.
Especially given that there was a flag even in your search console.
 * If the Google Merchant Center account is the issue, especially beacuse it’s a
sub account of the platform (i.e WooCommerce), we can help you delete the existing
sub-account. You can create another account directly and set that up to be used
for your product sync with Google for WooCommerce. Hopefully, that will help
   with the account/suspension issues.
 * Please be aware that the Google team will still do the Domain/store/product reviews
in any case, even with a new account.
 * That said, we don’t know if the account is the issue at all. If you could help
us with the exact error message from your Google For WooCommerce in a support
thread, we could have guided you further.
Could you please create a [new support thread](https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/google-listings-and-ads/#new-topic-0),
so we can assist you further? Thanks.
