I assume you are referring to subscriptions on ww.wp.xz.cn, not your personal website.
When you create or reply to a thread on the ww.wp.xz.cn support forums, if you check the “Notify me of follow-up replies via email” checkbox just up above the “Submit” button, you will receive an email every time someone replies to that thread.
The easiest way to remove subscriptions for all topics that you are involved in is to go to your forums profile and click the “Subscriptions” tab. In that tab, you should be able to see all the posts you are subscribed to on the forums. Use the “x” next to the title of the thread to unsubscribe yourself from that thread. (The link below should take you to your subscription tab)

The subscription emails are from the ww.wp.xz.cn Support Forum right?
Try using the unsubscribe link in the forum threads that you are subscribed to.
I have this issue also. I unsubscribed, but I’m still receiving emails. My profile does not show any subscriptions. Under “Topic Info” it says “Subscribe” (not “Unsubscribe”). Yet, I’m still receiving emails from the forum.
Same here. Just tried clicking subscribe and then unsubscribe to see if maybe it will clear the bit somewhere. We’ll see.
