# Unsubscribe Function

 * Hi,
 * i have installed the Plugin and during testing i was wondering about 2 missing
   functions / options.
 * 1. Where can i delete the data about subscribers:
    If a user types “Stop” in 
   the chat, he/she can unsubscribe from the chat. This should remove the data from
   my website, shown in Backend under: /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wp-chatbot-contact
 * most convinient way would be automatic deletion, but if not possible, there should
   be at least the option to delete it manually?
 * 2. Where can i change the language of the unsubscribe dialoges?
    While a user
   types “Stop” the language of the messages change to english allthough i have 
   selected “German” in the settings.
 * Message 1:
    “Do you want to unsubscribe? Click [CONFIRM] to verify.”
 * Message 2:
    “Thank you. Your request has been processed.”
 * Under settings is stated :
    “Facebook SDK is not supporting all languages.., 
   please don’t consider it, as an error”
 * I don’t think that Facebook has no Translations for “German”. Could you please
   check if this is a Bug?

    The messages you
   described are System Messages, that can be changed in the web version. From your
   WP plugin, you should be able to see “Go to Web version of MobileMonkey” (depending
   on the version could vary) or follow the link [https://app.mobilemonkey.com/](https://app.mobilemonkey.com/).
   From web version, go to Settings –> System Messages and can update there. Helpdoc

 * The Language can be selected in WP-Plugin, [Customize step](https://monosnap.com/file/RPRbe7LwxgsBaA1S3o1e14B2J7m1L2)
   
   Please note, that selecting a language should just translate the buttons of Chat
   Widget. All messages in any language you set youself.
