# Unsubscribe shortcode

 * I created a page that contains the unsubscribe shortcode but it doesn’t seem 
   to work. My add subscriber form does work.
 * I get a “you seem to already be unsubscribed” message — but when I go to MailChimp
   to look at my list, the email address is still listed as subscribed.
 * This is the shortcode I’m using:
 * [yikes-mailchimp-unsubscribe list=”The name of my list identical to the subscribe
   form list” title=”Unsubscribe” description=”To unsubscribe from our mailing list,
   enter the email below.”]
 * What am I doing wrong? Thanks.

 * I would check the List ID in your shortcode. You could also trying using the 
   form parameter instead and see if that works. You can read more about the available

 * If neither approaches results in a change in behavior, you might check your site’s
   debug log for relevant messages.
