{unsubscribe}{accountaddress}

Hi,

Since I installed your plugin I have ugly {accountaddress} and {unsubscribe} datas included in all my emails.
It’s an issue because I already had this links before with my own system (mailpoet) and I don’t want to have it twice in my emails, I can’t translate the unsubscribe link, it makes plain emails ugly when tracking enabled…
I’m not sure if it’s the plugin or ElasticEmail but I don’t have the problem on my other websites and sub-accounts.
