 * hi, i am getting shown this while trying to offload images and not sure whats
   going on with it. i dont know if my images are off loading or if its stuck. i
   am not able to save changes or move beyond this step. the internet connection

 * thanks for your reply, that particular issue seems to be resolved, i refreshed
   connection and started over. images seem to be offloading
