Same here. Cannot update products on composite products. When Facebook for WooCommerce is not active all works fine.

Hi @uptospeed – we are having some trouble recreating the issue.

Can you share your system status report using PrivateBin, the facebook_for_woocommerce log located in WooCommerce > Status > Logs, and if there are any plugin-related errors in your debug.log?

Also, please share a few examples of the products you are not able to update, and how you are seeing the error come up (ie. the steps to reproduce it).

@fredbra – please open a new thread on the forum detailing your issue.

    Kind regards,
    Marija

    Hi Marija.

    System status report: https://privatebin.net/?75f04154bd3cb951#HNPXVXtTDSx9HRXSvJp9YYWKYwTCXAyiop9rY5RgaETX

The following logs were generated while editing a product called “Test composite product” with ID 139063. The product had an existing component. A new component was added. The product was Updated. After loading, the product loses its original component and only has the component added during the last edit.

Hi @uptospeed , thanks for sharing the details!

We were still not able to reproduce the issue, can you try the following:

    • Temporarily disable LiteSpeed Cache and Remove WordPress Overhead plugin and clear the cache
    • Go to WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Facebook: Reset all products, then Facebook: Reset connection settings
    • Reconnect to your page
    • Try editing the Composite Product

Please let us know if this fixes the issue, or you need further assistance.

    Kind Regards,
    Marija

    Thank you.
Clearing the Cache and disabling LiteSpeed Cache and Remove WordPress Overhead plugins does not help.
At WooCommerce > Status > Tools, there are no Facebook related Tools (Facebook: Reset all products, and Facebook: Reset connection settings) are not listed

    Hi @uptospeed ,

Were you able to reconnect to the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin after disabling the plugins and clearing the cache? The options should appear once you have successfully connected to your page.

    Kind regards,
    Marija

Rolling back to 3.4.7 fixes the issue. Both 3.4.8 and 3.4.9 have the issue.
At WooCommerce > Status > Tools, there are no Facebook related Tools (Facebook: Reset all products, and Facebook: Reset connection settings) are not listed on any version for us 3.4.7, 3.4.8 and 3.4.9

    Hi @uptospeed ,

Thanks for sharing the info, do you see any plugin related errors in your debug.log, or any errors in the facebook_for_woocommerce log when using versions 3.4.8 and 3.4.9 ?

    Kind regards,
    Marija
