 * Hi,
 * I try to do the update for the version 1.22.1, but then all forms disappeared
   I only see the form in the back office, what can I do to fix? Then I turn to 
   the old one version.

 * I don’t see form outside which version of Forminator are you currently using 
   but I can see the form on homepage loading just fine.
 * Is it with newest Forminator or did you downgrade?
 * Have tried t simply clear all cache on site/server after upgrade? Was only Forminator
   upgraded or some other plugins or theme at the same time?
 * Finally: what are WordPress and PHP versions powering your site?

 * I am currently using the version Versão 1.19.0. You can see the form on homepage
   loading fine because I have to downgrade.
 * Have tried t simply clear all cache on site/server after upgrade? Yes.
 * Was only Forminator upgraded at the time yes only forminator.

 * Please also inform us about your PHP version that you can find on your WP Dashborad-
   >Tools->Site Health->Info->Server->PHP version section.
 * Then after updating to the latest version again, please try enabling “Load form
   using AJAX” and “Prevent page caching on form pages” options under Edit Form-
   >Behavior->Rendering

 * If that does not help, then I suggest to perform full plugin/theme conflict test.
 * Please make sure you have recent backups and perform this operation on your dev/
   staging site if possible.
