There is no “Update” button. Moreover after having reloaded this document, this one adds in front of the name of the file“ 1678093367wpdm_”. How to rename it correctly? Thanks for your help. Theme used by default “Twenty Twenty-Three” I don’t see an “Update” button in the “Attach file” window. We get the same result. The file name has a prefix like 1678279530wpdm_. Physically, the file is not destroyed on the site. It only deletes the information in the database. So I have to go to the “Resource Manager” to delete the old file before uploading the new version of the PDF.
