 * Hello hope you are well.
 * I would like to use your pluging to show the event of my facebook page (pro).

   Does it works now ? Have you been able to solve the API problem with facebook?
   I hope cause your pluging looks very good 🙂
 * Morgan

 * Thanks !!
 * I did all the app facebook tutorial,
    [http://docs.xylusthemes.com/docs/import-facebook-events/creating-facebook-application/](http://docs.xylusthemes.com/docs/import-facebook-events/creating-facebook-application/)
 * I couldn’t find the last step “Click on Authorize button as per below screensort.”

   but in my facebook app, the elements email and default are approved. So it’s
   okay i think.
 * ———-
 * In my backoffice your pluging is installed and i can’t find how import my facebook
   event by Ids or facebook page or something else, i can only manually import my
   event…
    I must manually: – import my picture, – fill my event detail…
 * I don’t have the same option of your third screenshot “import facebook event
   by event ids” ok “facebook page”
 * I want that each time i create an event with my fan page, the event automatically
   import himself on my site. is it a premium option or i am missing something ?
 * Thanks a lot,
    morgan

 * Ok my bad i find the page i was looking for…
 * Import by Ids is free
    Import by facebook page is premium
 * When i try to authorize i got the error message:
    Invalid Scopes: groups_access_member_info,
   user_events. This message is only shown to developers. Users of your app will
   ignore these permissions if present. Please read the documentation for valid
   permissions at: [https://developers.facebook.com/docs/facebook-login/permissions](https://developers.facebook.com/docs/facebook-login/permissions)
 * When i try to import an event by ids, here the error:
    We are not able to access
   Facebook event: 927782187413500. Possible reasons: – App Credentials are wrong–
   Facebook event is not public or some restrictions are there like age,country
   etc.
 * Do you know how i can fixe that ?
    thanks a lot 🙂 Morgan

 * Hello [@morgi1](https://wordpress.org/support/users/morgi1/),
 * Can you please confirm that your app in **development** mode. because if the
   app is live or public then you must need to submit it for review. but for our
   case, we only use facebook authorization for the user which admin of app. so
   we don’t need to make app live or public. We can use the app in development for
   this. Also, please make sure that admin of app and user you are authorizing is
   same.
 * Please try to authorize like above let us know if its don’t work for you.
 * Thanks,

 * First of all, thanks a lot for your help, i appreciate 🙂
 * You were right my app was live, i think that’s was the problem.
    So i deleted
   my app, and restart from scratch and my Facebook Authorization is working now!
 * Nevertheless i still cannot import the event of my fan page “[https://www.facebook.com/newtrackfr/&#8221](https://www.facebook.com/newtrackfr/&#8221);.
 * My personal account is admin of the fan page
    And my personal account is authorized
   in your pluging “facebook imports -> setting”
 * When i tried to import an event, for exemple this one:
    [https://www.facebook.com/events/911609065690980/](https://www.facebook.com/events/911609065690980/)
   i used the ID “911609065690980” and get this error: “We are not able to access
   Facebook event: 911609065690980. Possible reasons: – App Credentials are wrong–
   Facebook event is not public or some restrictions are there like age,country
   etc.”
 * “Newtrackfr” (the fan page wich i am admin) is the creator of the event, and
   i “participate” at the event with my personal account.
 * I am missing something ?
    Once again, thanks a lot for your help, Morgan
