 * After updating your plugin and sending an email from WP woocommerce dashboard
   about a new order there is no possibility to pay for that order. How to solve
   this? How to get older your plugin version?

 * Hello wantyq,
 * I hope you are well and thank you for contacting us.
 * We are sorry to hear that. We tried this on our end and it did not cause any
   problems. It seems to be a conflict problem with another plugin.
 * I will submit this to the development department to help you solve the problem.
   Please send us an email to [support@wpfactory.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/update-caused-problems/support@wpfactory.com?output_format=md)
   to try to provide you with the previous version of the plugin as a temporary
   solution.
 * Thankyou,

 * Hi, [@wantyq](https://wordpress.org/support/users/wantyq/),
 * Are you sure our plugin is causing this? I’ve checked the WooCommerce code – “
   Pay for this order” is a part of the “Customer invoice” email and is added only
   if the order has “pending” or “failed” status and if the order total is more
   than zero. Could you please check if that solves the issue?
 * If that won’t help – just to be sure – could you please temporarily disable our
   plugin and try sending the “Customer invoice” email again?
 * P.S. You can download previous plugin versions at [https://wordpress.org/plugins/custom-emails-for-woocommerce/advanced/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/custom-emails-for-woocommerce/advanced/)(
   there is a dropdown with all the versions at the bottom of the page).

 * As we’ve figured out, this problem was related to another plugin. I’m closing
   the ticket.
