 * Hi there,
 * It seems that the error message is telling you the issue:
 * > You don’t have permissions to write external CSS file – please check permissions.
 * Did you check this?

 * erm, sorry…. you are setup a custom folder in the wp-plugins folder for custom
   js and css?
 * could you do clean code and put custom plugin files into /wp-content/uploads/
   YOURPLUGIN/… – please….
 * there is NO reason to spam the plugin folder with custom content…..

 * Hey there,
 * This has been the case for 4 years now and it has never been an issue.
 * Please let me know what the advantage of putting it in the uploads folder is
   and I will surely consider it.
 * It is not spamming, it is part of the plugin and is not an “upload”, so why would
   it belong in the uploads folder?
 * If you can provide official WordPress documentation on this then I am happy to
   backtrack and make the changes.
 * All the best
 * Peter

 * Hi there,
 * Why did you release a 1 star review about this when we are in an active dialogue
   and discussion about it?
 * I find that extremely aggressive and unfair.
 * Please advise

 * Hey there,
 * Looking through a few other plugins I have installed, they appear to save their
   custom data in the uploads folder so I will do the same.
 * I have made the changes now to the plugin and this will be released later today.
 * Thanks for bringing this to my attention, however I still find the 1 star review
   very harsh considering that I was able to change it within 5 minutes after you
   mentioned it and it wasn’t done intentionally to “spam”.

 * Hey there,
 * 3.1.13 has now been released and the CSS and JS files will now resolve, be uploaded
   to and be served from the uploads folder.
 * Hope it is to your expectations.

 * Hey [@cybercore](https://wordpress.org/support/users/cybercore/),
 * Did you check out the update yet and did it fix your issues?
