 * Hi there,
 * I tried to update my wordpress blog from 3.0 to 3.1 but my internet connection
   got cut off in the middle of the udpate. Now my blog is not working anymore and
   I have a lot of posts already.
 * Is there anyway I can reactivate it again?

 * You could always download the [zip package from here ](http://wordpress.org/download/)
   and do a [manual upgrade](http://codex.wordpress.org/Upgrading_WordPress) using
   your ftp client or file manager located in your hosts control panel.
