Hi, on all my websites, Widget Options wants an update:

Widget Options
Du hast Version 3.7.11 installiert. Aktualisiere auf Version 3.7.12. Details der Version 3.7.12 anzeigen.
Kompatibilität mit WordPress 5.9.1: 100 % (laut Autor)

But when the update is finished, again I get the warning, the plugin needs an update – never ending loop…

What is the solution?

The problem is with 2 completely different installations and different providers!

Hi,
In fact, the plugin is well updated.
It’s just a version number issue that has not been updated in the wp-content/plugins/widget-options/plugin.php file
I changed *Version:3.7.11 to *Version:3.7.12 (at the beginning of this file) and the problem disappeared.
