Because need to do it to make work wp mail and wp print plugins with no luck.

I’m not sure what you’re trying to ask, but Settings->Permalinks has the permalink page.
Yes, the “Update Permalinks” function seems to be taken care of with the “Save” button.
Permalinks in 2.5 are all fouled up. See my post here.
yep, ericr23 is right. If you need to update your permalinks, just click the “save” button in Settings->Permalinks 🙂
This little hint helped me a lot to get the NextGen Gallery permalinks to work.
